PressLens listens to global keyboard and mouse input in the background and turns keys, shortcuts, clicks and wheel movement into a timeline. The console handles counting and review; the overlay handles the audience.
It started as a recording tool: explaining a shortcut three times is worse than showing it in the corner of the screen. Keyboard and mouse events toggle independently, and each has its own accent colour, so only what matters goes on camera.
All capture happens locally and the app never goes online. Because it uses the Windows global input hook, some security software will flag it — which is why the permission is stated on the page instead of buried.

Always on top of any app, with adjustable position, width, opacity and font size.
Keyboard events, mouse events and session time counted separately, cleared in one click.
Keyboard, mouse and key repeat are independent; turn off what you do not need.
One colour for keyboard events, one for mouse, so viewers can tell them apart instantly.
No network, no uploads; native packages for x86, x64 and ARM64.
